Fireweed Fuzz

$149.00

Fireweed Fuzz is our first official release in 2026, Packaged into our new mini enclosure style as well.

So what’s this all about? Why is this cool? There are two parts to this fuzz circuit. Honestly, the first section is a standard, yeah Im really tryin here, Electra style circuit, but WAIT! The magic happens in stage two. This is when the fuzz portion of the circuit is slammed into a FET based frequency multiplier. This recipe creates something more unique and uncommon in our fuzz market.

Sonically — Fireweed is an aggressive fuzz, punchy and high gain. Yes, it can chug too. Not only will Fireweed chew up your guitars signal, but will completely destroy your amps front end as well. Awesome harmonics, and decaying artifacts through every note. Topped off with a subtle octave up, and push pull sustain.

This is not a nice fuzz or meant to “clean up”. This fuzz is for those who want chaos in a pedal and not take up a lot of room on the board. Although clean up in both modes isn’t too shabby, but this was not a focused point in development.

The Control — This single knober is an overall volume master control. Run it at max if ya can, dial back if you have too.

Mode 1 (Switch Left) — More aggressive, more high end, more crazy. more all around. Great for neck and middle singles and hums. All Fireweeds shipped from MMK will be in Mode 1.

Mode 2 (Switch Right) Offers a warmer bodied fuzz, a little less volume. Great for trebly amps hit with bridge singles.

1 review for Fireweed Fuzz

The Fireweed Fuzz from Jordan and Mary at MMK Electrics is exactly what its name suggests it’s wild, untamed, and impossible to ignore. Housed in their new compact mini enclosure, this latest release proves that small format doesn’t mean small sound. Quite the opposite, the Fireweed is an absolute force.

From the first note, this pedal comes out swinging. There’s no pretending to be polite here. The Fireweed is designed to be a full-on raging fuzz monster, and it absolutely delivers. The gain is thick, aggressive, and unapologetically huge, with a wall of harmonics that seems to bloom and roar with every chord. Single notes feel massive, sustaining with a near vocal quality, while power chords hit with the kind of authority that makes you instinctively turn up louder.

Jordan and Mary have built something that feels alive, raw, explosive, and packed with personality. The Fireweed Fuzz doesn’t just occupy space on a pedalboard; it demands attention. If you’re looking for subtle, this isn’t it. If you want a fuzz that feels like it’s on the verge of breaking loose in the best possible way then the Fireweed more than lives up to its name.
